Dozens of Paps follow Lindsay as she leaves the house Monday afternoon with her assistant and without Sam Ronson. She went to Glendale to attend her new alcohol education class escorted in a Secure Chevy Tahoe by three off duty police officers. Then she heads over for a few hours to get her hair styled at Andy Lecompte in Beverly Hills. Lohan has been the subject of recent headlines as a warrant was issued for her arrest on Friday and rescinded earlier this morning after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel determined that Lohan was in compliance with the terms of her sentence for a pair of 2007 DUIs but had failed to provide the proper proof to her court-ordered alcohol treatment program.
