Raphael Saadiq finally comfortable in spotlight

It took 20 years, two groups and two solo albums, but Raphael Saadiq finally feels completely comfortable in the spotlight. The soul singer, who's up for three Grammy Awards, talks about his Motown-inspired record, "The Way I See It."
