Zac Efron has purchased this post-modern rebuilt located in the Hollywood Hills for 2.35 million dollars. The 2,400 plus square foot home 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom was quietly purchased in December of 2008 by the first time home buyer, Efron. The former case study home was originally built in 1947 but little remains of the original since it underwent a complete remodel. The super secluded property has city views from the large terrace off of the sitting room and a pool which is hidden at the back of the house but nothing but a gated drive can be seen from the street level.
